This really sucks because i wanted to download this and play it whenever because i find this game extremely fun. Theres no rush to fix it since the gx.games version works fine but i hope this gets fixed soon

i just love this game

Played this on Opera GX and loved it, found the Itch.io page and tried to download it aaaannn error. Can't run the game at all. Either version. Just get this error message.

i liked it pretty much, very good idea and even better execution, 11/10

i'm playing a lot and i'm sad because the game ended, well, atleast there's endless mode but, i think i will never beat the 1352 record so yeah, until an update arrives, it's checkmate for me

The idea behind this is amazing. I just beat the first part of Advise the King and I loved it. 10/10

what is this game made with

This game was made with GameMaker

I'm trying to play but the most recent version keeps giving me this error without being able to move past it

Thank you for sharing such amazing game! Idea, game concept and development is just very clever! I didn't play such new experience with chess since Navia Dratp.

Surely you already know but there is an issue with basic pawn cards retaining higher cost (e.g.: 2 diamonds; means card design/effect/text reverts to basic card expect the cost) for next round when they were promoted in a previous round. Also at end of the round you cannot banish a card promoted during round.

Dude, if built upon this is such an amazing game! I would love to see more card interactions and it's such a simple idea! 10/10 fantastic game.

Thank you!
It'd be fun to build on someday, for sure -- perhaps after we finish our current game?

I actually really love the idea behind this, i do wish that there was a bit more deck-building aspects but overall it's great!
